1. Private Membership

By accessing this website, you acknowledge and agree that you are doing so as a private member of Stockyard Performance Chiropractic and Rehab PMA. All activities, services, and communications are conducted in the private domain, protected under the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution and equivalent protections of the several States.

2. Purpose of Use

All information, services, therapies, and content provided are exclusively for members of this Association. They may not be redistributed, copied, or used in any commercial, governmental, or non-private manner.

3. No Medical Advice

Services and information provided are based on faith, experience, and holistic principles. They are not a substitute for conventional medical treatment. Members assume full responsibility for their choices.

4. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to any individual who is of sound mind and who agrees to abide by these principles. The Association reserves the right to accept, deny, or revoke membership at its sole discretion.

5. Liability Limitation

The Association, its Trustees, and practitioners are not liable for any injury, illness, or outcome related to the voluntary use of its services or products. Members agree to hold harmless Stockyard Performance Chiropractic and Rehab PMA and all its representatives.

6. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time by the Trustees of the Association. Continued membership or website use constitutes agreement to the most current version.
